Description of work carried out:
The study aims to collect baseline data in target areas and track changes in indicators during project implementation. It focuses on assessing the capacity of health facilities, the effectiveness of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services, and the efficiency of service delivery systems in 10 VDCs of Nuwakot district. Additionally, it aims to determine the level of awareness among the community and school children regarding Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) and Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) in the project area. The findings will help guide interventions and measure progress in these areas.
